What We Do

Group Engagements

Our Group Engagement Program (GEP) has been developed to serve SMEs with a robust offering by providing mission-critical business frameworks, training and market executions to lift performance in a measurable way.

Our GEP has been developed in conjunction with key insights obtained from both inbound and outbound trade missions organised by AUSTRADE and Global Victoria teams domestically, and abroad. Our Group Engagement Program continues to serve Australian businesses as they acquire new customers locally, before setting their sights for new markets internationally.

Harness Economies of Scale

Leverage the full data-collecting and development capabilities at a fraction of the cost with our Group Engagement model. Here, Australian businesses from the same industry benefit from speed and economic efficiency throughout the initial stages of development.

Powerful Impact

Businesses within the Group Engagement Program are subject to the full force of Monter’s analytical and developmental capabilities. New internal business structures and a focussed brand allow organizations true and meaningful change whilst empowering them through clarity of purpose and direction.

Enduring Platforms for Growth

Group Engagement Programs are designed to ensure businesses, however, different in leadership, are given the platforms required for immediate and enduring growth through established frameworks and principles.

Measurable Performance

The initial builds arising from Group Engagement Programs, allow businesses a foundation of near-future growth. Importantly, in the early stages, internal metrics can be applied to gauge effectiveness of the structures now, and well into the future.

Group Engagement Program (GEP) FAQs:

Do I qualify for the Group Engagement Program?

The GEP is open to all Australian businesses with a valid ABN.

What should I expect to get from the GEP?

Australian business has never been more competitive and the rush for new customer acquisition in current and new markets can be resource intensive. The GEP will ensure each member receives a Business Framework, Training and Support specific to achieving their goals, and tailored to the management style of those leading the business.

What happens now that I have registered my businesses' interest in the GEP?

A member of the firm will make contact with you to arrange an initial phone meeting to better understand your business. You should expect this verbal meeting to be 30 minutes long. After which, we will meet with businesses who are ready for engagement at our Melbourne office.

How long will it be before I see a positive effect to my business?

Our in-house process for developing tailored business frameworks before developing internal capabilities will equip Australian SMEs with tools for immediate use and market executions. Typically, within 1-3 months.

How long will the GEP take from start to finish?

We recognise each Australian business to be individual and respect the ambitions and goals set by the leaders in place. In this way, our process will depend on the structure and complexity of the product or service, however, clients of the GEP should expect an engagement period of 2-4 months.
